Overview of industry Along with the development of the industry modernization, the request of the performance of material become higher and higher. Powder material is an important branch of material domain. In order to improve the performance of materials, to minimize the basic cell of materials is the target that people hope to attain. The superfine powder could improve the performance of ceramic material, powder metallurgy material, chemical industry material, construction material, coating material and medicinal material. Superfine pulverizing technology is a new technique on materials process in order to meet the demands of the development of modern new and high technology industry. At present, there is no hard and fast defined about �uperfine Powder�at home and aboard, but we usually called it �uperfine Powder�whose powder diameter is less than 30 micron, this is because solid material can�t been milled so ultrafine by using any traditional methods. The diameter of superfine powder is less than hair (the diameter of hair is usually 70-80 micron). The traditional pulverizing method could attain about 45 microns. Superfine pulverizing technology could attain 10 microns, even attain submicron (0.1-1μm) or nanometer powder. Although there are only several dozens of micron from 45 microns to submicron or nanometer, but if the diameter less than submicron, its surface area, optical character, electrical character, magnetical character, energetics character and surface feature will be changed. The equipment use ceramic, horniness alloy classification impellerpump to make the abrasion very little. The speed of classification impellerpump could be adjusted between 0 ~22000 r.p.m, the pulverizing parameter could optimize to choose, so that it is more convenient to produce different size abrasive. Typical application: gold ore, alumina ore, superfine coal ore, copper ore, nickel ore and kinds of building ore etc. The compose of equipment and working principle It consists of air compressor unit, clean and dry air unit, supersonic airflow grinding unit, powder grading unit, cyclone collecting unit and exhaust fan unit etc. The clean and fresh compressed air get across the special design Laval Nozzle form supersonic airflow with 3.08 Mach, by several nozzle with opposite deposited the compressed arifolw spray into the grinding chamber, meanwhile the particles from the feeding unit get into the grinding chamber and make it speed up. Then the particles collide and crush into each other on intersections of jet to attain pulverization goal.
